Carefully place the items in their original Coperni packaging, ensuring all protective materials and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier verifies the item's condition.
